| How To Order: |
| Remember when you go to a
category shown at the left of your shopping screen, say
Crystal Gifts From Poland for example, that the individual pictures that you
see of our products can be clicked on to enlarge and to get a full product description. You have an opportunity
to learn much more about the product before you buy and you'll get to see a
terrific picture of the item! This is also the screen from where you will
be able to place your order. |

| Procedure to make a
purchase: |
| Simply
click on
the picture in the Category Screen of the item you wish to buy. A larger more detailed photo and a full product
description will appear. In addition you will see a window with the quantity |
| 1 in
it and the |
Add to Basket |
button
next to it. |
| You will have the option to
increase the order
quantity in this screen if you wish. You are also given the opportunity to add a gift
card if you choose to do so.

Then just click the 
button on the upper right hand of the screen. You'll be given the
opportunity to set up an account if you wish. Most folks just click
the place order without
account link. You then simply fill in the order form and continue to the payment
and shipping information screen.
Remember, if you make a
mistake on your order quantity or choose the wrong item you have the
opportunity to change it by using the
 button
located in the upper right hand portion of the screen. From this
screen:

Using

will make your order quantity Zero. |

Using

Update |
button
will allow you to
change the quantity |

|
to
anything but Zero |
| You may
also change the order quantity at
the checkout by using the To
Change Basket Contents Click Here

| If you are
shipping a gift to someone other than yourself and don't know their phone number or email
address put your phone and email address in the ship-to section. This will
allow the order to process. |

If You
Get An Error Message upon completion
of the order:
"Unable
to Process Credit Card, etc."
Check to
see if you have used any 'Illegal Characters' When filling out either the
order screen or the Add a Card to your order fields. Illegal
Characters include %, &, #, $, and the like. It seems odd but
the software refuses to process orders with these characters!
